David Manks: Uralla Country, 2024. Oil on Pinewood/board. 90x90cm. Uralla is a small rural town located in the New England region of New South Wales. The straight roads extending in all directions from the centre of town provided the inspiration for this work. David Manks: Balmoral, 2025. Oil on Pinewood/board. Framed. 76x76cm. In many ways the lounging figures in and around the Balmoral pool at Mosman, Sydney, were like a large outdoor life drawing event.
