In celebration of Chanukah in the City, Brisbane City Council will be projecting David Asher Brook’s Tzitzit art work onto the William Jolly Bridge , Brisbane.
Chanukah is the Jewish festival of lights, set to illuminate Reddacliff Place in December in a special spiritual display. David Asher Brooks Tzitzit projection is a visually abstracted representation of the textile Tzitzit or fringe fragment of the male garb worn by those who identify with and practice the Jewish faith.
Chanukah in the City is supported by Brisbane City Council´s Multicultural Festivals Program.
