Congratulations to Gallery Artist David Asher Brook for his selection as finalist in the 2018 Alice Prize for his work Tathra (pleinair).
The 40th Alice Prize is a biennial National Contemporary Art Award presented by the Alice Springs Art Foundation with the winning work being acquired for the Araluen Art Collection.
Finalists for the Alice Prize were selected from hundreds of nation-wide entries, and the judge for the 40th Alice Prize, Brian Ritchie, curator of the MONA FOMA festival and member of the Violent Femmes, will announce the winner of the $40,000 award at the opening event, 27th April.
