Congratulations to Judy Trick whose two works, Harbour, 2025 (left Top) and Sunset over the Saddle, 2025 (Left Bottom) have been selected as Finalists in the 2025 Creators Mark Art Prize.
The Creators Mark Art Prize & Exhibition is an annual charity art show and community event held at Gerringong Town Hall on the South Coast. Each year, the event celebrates creativity by showcasing local artists and their interpretations of a specific theme.
Finalists were selected by judge, Andrew McPhail, from submissions satisfying the 2025 theme; Wide open spaces.
The prize is in its second year and Kay Douglas, Creative Director, commented: we are genuinely excited by the quality and creativity of the works submitted this year.
Creator’s Mark Annual Art Prize & Exhibition is a not-for-profit volunteer driven project of Illawarra Community Care and C3 Haven Community church.
All proceeds raised will go to support the work of Illawarra Community Care whose main goal is to help local families and individuals through the relief of poverty, injustice, and misfortune. They are liaising with Shellharbour City Council and other local partners to identify projects which will help break the cycle of poverty in this region and improve wellbeing in the Illawarra community. Specifically, they aim to provide relief in the area of food security and education support for families with children.
