Congratulations to our Artist, Kerry Johns, whose work Sawyers Creek has been selected as Finalist in the 2018 Calleen Art Award.
The Calleen Art Award is The Cowra Regional Art Gallery’s $20,000 acquisitive prize for painting, established in 1977 by Mrs Patricia Fagan OAM. This year 205 entries were received by the Gallery from across Australia and 46 works consisting of an engaging range of styles as well as themes and subjects have been selected as finalists by a panel of professional art curators.
This years Award Judge is Michael Hedger, Director, Manly Art Gallery and Museum.
