Congratulations to Ross Skinner, winner of the Open Award, 2014 Glebe Art Prize for his painting Birkenhead Wharf and Bridges, Late Afternoon.
This years Judge was Ian Chapman, artist, and the exhibition was opened last night by The Right Honourable Lord Mayor of Sydney Clover Moore.
