Congratulations to Artist and Book illustrator Mo Orkiszewski, whose The Book of Honesty, has been selected as finalist in the 2018 Libris Awards, The Australian Artists´ Book Prize, Artspace, Mackay, Qld.
Now in its eleventh year, 73 entries were selected as finalists in 2018 biennial Libris Award. The judges were Roger Butler AM, Senior Curator, Prints and Drawings, NGA, and Helen Cole, former Co-ordinator of the Australian Library of Art, State Library of Queensland.
The calibre of entries this year was extremely high, noted Tracey Heathwood, Director, Artspace Mackay. I thank our judges Roger and Helen for taking on this challenge and congratulate every finalist exhibited.
